  Worst removal experience ever!! Staff did nothing but curse, swear and complain about doing the job, and the fact there should have been 3 men working (mind you, it was hourly rate). Yes it was a hot day but I was also carrying and helping the entire time so I could definately agree with the weather comment. Everytime they exerted themselves they would curse and swear. Refused to take 3 pots with plants which I specifically phoned the owner to check they would take these the day prior. Dropped my large tv (luckily it still works). Have lost one of my tv cords, dinted my fridge and my expensive gel mattress is ruined. Not to mention the hole in the front entrance to my new home which I paid a builder and painter working on the house next door $40 to fix and they would not compensate. Very unprofessional.

  This was not a happy experience for us, we have not moved in 47 years, and I had been packing boxes for months before we moved, and NOT big tea chest sizes at that. Anything that wasn't sealed in a box they would not move, or my plants. They only sent 2 guys to do a three man job, and they should had had two trucks. Maybe they would have been better organised if they had come and looked first to see what we had to move. They ended up getting lost finding our house, and it took 1 and a half days to move us. we are in our seventies, and were absolutely exhausted afterwards, the two guys that came never stopped complaining. One in particular. Our lounge chair got broken, no mention of fixing it. All in all, I would not recommend these people for house moving.

  I have moved quite a few times over the last couple of years. This was the first time that i have used Ipswich and west moreton. They showed up on time. Infact they were ten minutes early. The driver and offsider were polite and courteous and took the upmost care with our furniture and breakables. They were finished within the time specified and overall they made for a stress free move. I would highly recommend Ipswich and west moreton removals to anyone. Cheers Norm
